General Assembly 2026
09.07.2026
A Positive 2025 and an Eye on the Future
On June 29, 2026, the CMCM held its General Assembly and invited the mutual insurance companies to this traditional annual meeting.
At the meeting, the financial statements and results for fiscal year 2025 were presented and unanimously approved. The CMCM ended the year with a surplus, confirming the strength of its financial position. This solid foundation enables it to continue developing its benefits and services for the benefit of its members.
Management also presented a review of the highlights of the past year as well as the progress of key projects, particularly in the area of digitalization.
The General Assembly also unanimously approved the amendments to the CMCM’s bylaws. This change made it possible, in particular, to officially include the new Odyssée program—offered by the CMCM in partnership with MONDORF Domaine Thermal—in the list of services.
As of July 1, 2026, members who have successfully completed this 24-week program are eligible for a reimbursement of up to €400. The program combines physical activity, a balanced diet, and professional guidance to promote the long-term health and well-being of participants.
The General Assembly also provided an opportunity to renew part of the Board of Directors.
The CMCM warmly thanks all the mutual insurance companies, the guests of honor, and its partners for their trust and commitment. It is thanks to this close collaboration that we can continue to develop our mutual insurance organization and remain, both today and in the future, a modern, sustainable organization that is firmly focused on its members.
