CMCM membership strengthens your healthcare protection through supplementary coverage designed to meet everyday needs. It is particularly beneficial for families, as it allows children and a partner or spouse to be coaffiliated under certain conditions at no additional cost.
It is also well suited to anyone seeking enhanced financial support for healthcare expenses, hospitalisation costs, or unforeseen medical events that may have a financial impact.
Under normal circumstances, the average processing and reimbursement time for your requests is approximately two weeks.

National Department
For hospital invoices, medical costs, medication purchased in Luxembourg, preventive healthcare costs, as well as invoices for glasses and contact lenses.

Foreign Department
For all hospital invoices incurred abroad.

For all dental invoices incurred in Luxembourg.

Our myCMCM app is the fastest way to submit and track your reimbursement requests.
myCMCM allows you to:
- Submit a new request (reimbursement or other); the app guides you through the process and indicates which supporting documents are required;
- View your documents as well as the history of your requests;
- Update your personal information (address, marital status, membership, etc.);
- Quickly access an emergency contact in the event of a health issue abroad;
- Share your experience related to medical care received in Luxembourg or abroad by completing a questionnaire directly through the application.
- Download the app from the App Store or Google Play.
- When you log in for the first time, an identity verification via IDNow is required. This step is only required for the main member and only needs to be completed once.
- Once your identity has been verified, you will have access to all the app's features.
Yes, CMCM contributions are tax deductible. Simply declare the amount of your annual contribution in your tax return. There is no longer any need to request a certificate from the CMCM.
The travel cancellation coverage applies in the following cases:
Illness / Hospitalisation / Accident / Death
DOCUMENTS TO BE PROVIDED
In the event of a medical incident (illness, accident or hospitalisation):
- Original invoices for travel or cancellation costs
- Proof of partial reimbursement or refusal of reimbursement issued by the travel provider(s) (tour operator, airline, hotel, etc.)
In the event of death:
- Death certificate
- Original invoices for travel or cancellation costs
- Proof of partial reimbursement or refusal of reimbursement issued by the travel provider(s) (tour operator, airline, hotel, etc.)

In addition, through our new Quality & Healthcare Pathway Department, you can share your experience following medical care received in Luxembourg or abroad by completing an online questionnaire. The questionnaire can be accessed through our app or by scanning the QR code available in our mobile office.
