Our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Approach

Caring for health, acting responsibly

For nearly 70 years, CMCM has supported its members by providing supplementary healthcare coverage tailored to their needs.

As a health mutual, we place solidarity, proximity and responsibility at the heart of our mission. Our mutual model is built on a simple principle: acting in the best interests of our members and reinvesting our resources for their benefit.

Our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) approach is a natural extension of this mission. By integrating social, environmental and governance considerations across all our activities, it guides the way we act towards our members, employees, partners and society as a whole.

Our people are CMCM’s greatest strength.

We are committed to creating a respectful and inclusive working environment where our employees can develop their skills and grow professionally. Continuous learning, collaboration and knowledge sharing enable everyone to further develop their skills and contribute to CMCM’s ongoing development.

Health, safety and well-being at work are also central to our Corporate Social Responsibility approach. This commitment is reflected in preventive measures, training, appropriate equipment and working conditions designed to provide a safe and pleasant workplace.
